Shipping
US Domestic Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping across the United States. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping
At this time, Pureva Beauty does not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach and hope to bring our products to global customers in the near future. Stay connected with us for updates on international availability.
Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received. If that is the case, please contact us at contactpurevabeauty@gmail.com so we can assist you and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
30 Days to Return
We want you to love your skincare. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contactpurevabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We do not currently offer direct exchanges, but you're welcome to return your product and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
